We’re Harmoto Vehicle Leasing Limited trading as Harmoto.

We’re a company registered in England, company registration number 13867227 and our registered office and trading address is at Unit 20 Tongue Lane Industrial Estate, Buxton, Derbyshire, England, SK17 7LF.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for Credit Broking activities. The Financial Conduct Authority, 12 Endeavour Square, London E20 1JN is the supervisory authority under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. We’re registered with the Information Commissioners Office for the processing of data under The Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018. Our Remuneration

We’re required by the Financial Conduct Authority to let you know about the existence of commission and fees. We are remunerated for the services that we provide through commission and fees for example the administration fee we charge for our services. This is charged at point of order and this fee covers the costs incurred by Harmoto Vehicle Leasing Limited including facilitating the process from point of order through to organising delivery of your vehicle. If you decide to use our services by entering into an agreement with one of our funding partners and/or with one of our ancillary product providers, we’ll receive a commission for introducing you to them once the agreement is live. We do expect you to shop around to make sure that you’re getting a great deal.

Our commission is based on the amount of work that we do and the support that we give you throughout the term of your agreement. The commission that we receive from our funders is either capped at a percentage of the taxable list price of the vehicle, within a band or is a fixed amount. The higher the amount that we receive in commission, the more you will pay. We may also receive a payment from the main dealers that we use to supply vehicles.
