Our Charges
We make a charge to you for the service that we provide:
New Orders
We will charge an administration fee of £300.00 including vat (£250.00 plus vat) for our Brokering Services when you place an order, this represents the cost incurred in ordering your vehicle with our nominated supplying dealer.
Order Cancellation
We will charge a cancellation fee of £600.00 including vat (£500.00 plus vat). We will however refund the administration fee, where applicable, resulting in a net cancellation fee of £361.20 including VAT (£301 plus VAT). This covers the work that we have undertaken from the point of your initial enquiry. If you are a regulated customer, you have the right to cancel your order with us within 14 days from the date of order without penalty in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. A cancellation received after 14 days will result in a cancellation fee. Please note that the supplying dealer of the vehicle may also levy a cancellation charge and we will notify you of this as soon as possible and within 5 working days of your cancellation.
Contract Amendments
We will charge an administration fee of £36.00 including VAT (£30.00 plus VAT) to cover our administration costs if you want us to arrange an amendment to your agreement, such as adjusting the mileage. Please note that not all contracts can be amended and for those that can, certain rules apply as to when an adjustment may take place and some funders will only allow one change. Please speak to us if this may be important to you.
Extensions
We will charge an administration fee of £150.00 including VAT (£125.00 plus VAT) to cover our administration costs when arranging the extension of your agreement. Please note that not all contracts can be extended. Please speak to us if this may be important to you
Invoices in respect of our fees are payable within 7 days. Payment should be made by direct
bank transfer.

To proceed with the order, we will ask you to acknowledge that you are in receipt of this information notice and that you are aware of and understand its contents. You are required to tick to acknowledge that you have read and understood this information notice on the order form. You are required to sign the order form to confirm this.
